Ross Steven Quintero, 20, male, of 1115 W. 23rd St., arrested at 8:46 p.m. at West 12th Street and Tremont Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

July 4:

Stephanie Helen Lane, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:21 p.m. at North Center Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Amir Kantarevic, 19, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:33 p.m. at First Street and Stanley Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

David Scott Truax, 29, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:42 a.m. at Rainbow Drive and Waterloo Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.
