Aaron George Vosberg, 23, male, of 915 W. Ninth Street, arrested at 2:13 a.m. at Seventh Street and Iowa Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Lacey Lucillie Yarbrough, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:24 a.m. at the 100 block of Iowa Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Peter Nicholas Kayser, 44, male, of Waverly, arrested at 11:12 p.m. at Highway 217 and Highway 57, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second.

Danielle Maree Baker, 24, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:09 a.m. at Highway 57 and Roosevelt Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.
