Grant Owen McElwee, 23, male, of 1515 W. Fourth Street, arrested at 1:51 p.m. at the same location, charged with driving while license revoked.

Dec. 9:

Ryan James Chaney, 21, male, of 2519 Valley Park Drive, arrested at 1:19 am. at University Avenue and Grove Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Edward Dale Failor III, 22, male, of 803-4 W. 20th St., arrested at 4:17 a.m. at the 1300 block of Tremont Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication, criminal trespass and fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Timothy Daniel Knebel, 45, male, of 1613 Grand Blvd., arrested at 6:28 p.m. at the same location, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second-degree and driving while license revoked.

Jeanette Marie Marshall, 30, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:22 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with two counts third-degree theft and two counts forgery: documents.
