Chad Allen Culp, 23, male, of Franklin Street, arrested at 1:46 a.m. at 401 Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Shelby Lynn Danielson, 20, female, of West Ridgeway Ave., Lot 341, arrested at 2:55 p.m. at Chancellor Drive and Viking Road, charged with driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor and habitual offender/barred.

Nicholas Vincent Metcalf, 18, male, of West 27th Street, arrested at 8:38 p.m. at 200 Clay Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and fifth-degree criminal mischief.
