Patrick Michael McCarty, 24, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 9:31 p.m. at 2214 College St., charged with fifth degree theft.

Dustin Allen Scott, 20, male, of Waverly, arrested at 9:54 p.m. at 23rd Street and College Street, charged with driving while license revoked.

Oct. 28:

Jonathan Robert Wu, 22, male, of 907 W. 23rd St., arrested at 1:10 a.m. at 615 Main Street, charged wtih consumption in public/intoxication and criminal trespass.

Wesley Adam Huddleson, 20, male, of 2310 College Street, arrested at 1:37 a.m. at 803 W. 12th St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Adam Lee Gallmeyer, 32, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:55 a.m. at 406 Main Street, charged with simple assault.
