Terrell Sinkfield Jr., 21, male, of 2107 College St., arrested at 2:13 a.m. at the 2100 block of College Street, charged with disorderly conduct and interference/no injury.

Oct. 24:

Paul Lynn Geiger, 21, male, of New Hartford, arrested at 12:33 a.m. at the 1100 block of W. 22nd St., charged with consumption in public/intoxicated and interference/no injury.

Justin Jermain Winters, 26, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:43 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fourth degree theft.

Paul Lynn Geiger, 21, male, of 1104 W. 22nd Ave., arrested at 5:39 p.m. at the same address, charged with arrest of a parole violator.
