Nov. 25:

Thaddeous Oliver Yaggy, 24, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:10 a.m. at Jokers, 401 Main St., charged with third-degree intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Michael James Reiners, 21, male, of 604-9 E. Seerley St., arrested at 2:43 a.m. at West 20th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Ronald Dean Haugen, 61, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:14 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft.
