Beth Ann Champ, 50, female, of Parkersburg, arrested at 7:19 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree and possession of prescription drug.

Heather Jo Uhlenhoop, 24, female, of Aplington, arrested at 11:19 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second-degree.

Dec. 11:

Docker John Staebler, 18, male, of 2801-402 Ohio St., arrested at 12:40 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth-degree theft.

David Armstead Jr., 45, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 4 p.m. at First Street and Washington Street, charged with arrest of parole violator.

Heather Marie Fangman, 27, female, of 214 W. 12th St., arrested at 8:16 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft.
