Jacob Lee Schutte, 22, male, of Elk Run Heights, arrested at 12:21 a.m. at University Avenue and McClain Drive, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Daniel Allen Devore Sr., 25, male, of W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 2:03 p.m. at 700-436 W. Ridgeway Ave., charged with three counts of probation violation.

Jan. 9:

Barry Russell Firman, 23, male, of River Ridge Road, arrested at 3:41 a.m. at Second Street and Pearl St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Thomas David Leonard Jr., 34, male, of University Ave., arrested at 12:39 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fourth-degree theft.

Alex Jon Hunzeker, 23, male, of Yorkshire Drive, arrested at 2:25 a.m. at West 12th Street and Delta Drive, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.
