Joshua John Hovenga, 20, male, of 7136 Leversee Road, arrested at 12:36 a.m. at Franklin Street and Seerley Boulevard, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Cutticca Demetrice Caldwell, 33, female, of 1027 Maplewood Drive, arrested at 9:08 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fifth-degree theft.
