John Rowe, 26, male, of 921 Clay St., arrested at 10:47 p.m. at University Avenue and Black Hawk Village, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Matthew John Hanson, 20, male, of 2321 Iowa St., arrested at 11:40 p.m. at the 900 block of West 22nd Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Nov. 18:

Jairin David Genung, 23, male, of 2405 Crescent Drive, arrested at 1:56 a.m. at the 300 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Kelly Kay Nelson, 55, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:05 a.m. at Boulder Drive and University Avenue, charged with failure to appear.

Ricky Lee Stickley, 52, male, of 2235 Lincoln St., arrested at 7:04 a.m. at the same location, charged with disorderly conduct and interference/no injury.
