Marshondus Trenedale Brown, 20, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:27 a.m. at 2200 College St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Miguel Angel Morales, 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:28 p.m. at the 700 block of West 22nd Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Bradley D. Glick, 42, male, of New Hartford, arrested at 9:44 a.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with third degree theft.
