Brandon Michael Mullesch, 18, male, of 2910 W. Fourth St., arrested at 11:46 p.m. at the 3600 block of West 12th Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Spencer Thomas Nicol, 18, male, of 818 Latham Place, arrested at 11:46 p.m. at the 3600 block of West 12th Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
