In celebration, the is offering fine amnesty this week. Bring in non-perishable food items to donate to the Northeast Iowa Food Bank and your overdue fines will be erased in return.

April 9, 7 p.m.: Author Kent Nerburn will discuss his book The Wolf at Twilight: An Indian Elder’s Journey Through a Land of Ghosts and Shadows. This program is in partnership with the Cedar Falls American Association of University Women.
