Five Arrested Over Weekend For Operating While Intoxicated, Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

April 14:
Brendon John Angell, 21, male, of Ames, arrested at 1:55 a.m. at 817 W. 23rd St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Jamie Ann Welcher, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:07 a.m. at 323 Washington St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Alesha Renee Ries, 19, female, of 2111-72 College St., arrested at 3:33 a.m. at 439 N. Division St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
