Ashley Nicole Cowan, 19, female, of 9614-205G University Ave., arrested at 3:10 a.m. at 9032 University Ave., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

July 19:

Marcus Charles Kelly, 23, male, of 4001 Spruce Hill Drive, arrested at 2:44 a.m. at Oregon Road and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

July 22:

Michael James Draude, 22, male, of Iowa Falls, arrested at 1:16 a.m. at Genevieve Street and Linda Drive, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first, possession of prescription drug and drug paraphernalia.
