Five Charged With Drunken Driving, Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

June 8:
Tyler Daniel Brace, 25, male, of 1314 Walnut St., arrested at 2:01 a.m. at 2107 College St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second.
Jillian Joann Pietan, 19, female, of Evansdale, arrested at 2:45 a.m. at 4214 University Ave., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Debra Ann Gibson, 57, female, of 700-407 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 12:43 a.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second.
Scot Pat Starbeck, 52, male, of 421 W. 18th St., arrested at 10:32 p.m. at the 1400 block of West 18th Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Derrick Lamont Cole, 38, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:27 p.m. at Dallas Drive and University Ave., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first and driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.
