Ronald Dion Chhim, 19, male, of 2801 Ohio St., Rider Hall 408, arrested at 8:04 p.m. at the same location, charged with fifth-degree theft and forgery: credit card use +$500.

Dec. 8:

Keith Terry Jeffries, 20, male, of Riceville, arrested at 12:33 a.m. at 2515 Main St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree and drug paraphernalia.

Zachary Andrew Campbell, 22, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:32 a.m. at the 2200 block of Olive Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Seth Simpson Trautmann, 19, male, of 174 Summitt Drive, arrested at 2:55 a.m. at 1115 W. 23rd St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
