Jeremy Christopher Lindgren, 35, male, of 1104 State Street, arrested at 2:12 a.m. at 12th Street and Grove Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second.

June 22:

Jessica Lee Trumbull, 21, female, of 1503 Olive St., arrested at 9:56 p.m. at Highway 58 and University Avenue, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

June 23:

James Kenneth Toulouse, 32, male, of Clarksville, arrested at 1:34 a.m. at 301 Washington St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first and interference/no injury.
