Debra Ann Gibson, 56, female, of 700-407 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 10 p.m. at the same location, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Jacob Ryan Dalasta, 23, male, of 9614-105B University Ave., arrested at 1:45 a.m. at Hudson Road and University Ave., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.
Justine Marie Rinker, 19, female, of 9614-105F University Ave., arrested at 2:07 a.m. at Utility Parkway and Waterloo Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.
