Gingrich, Perry Coming to Waterloo This Weekend

'Tis the season of political bus tours, and there will be no rest for presidential candidates this New Year's weekend.

Rick Perry will be in Waterloo at noon tomorrow, meeting and greeting voters at Doughy Joey's Pizza, 300 W. Fourth St.

On Sunday, Newt Gingrich will hit the Cedar Valley, stopping at LJs Neighborhood Bar and Grill, 3550 Kimball Ave. in Waterloo at 4:30 p.m.

The Cedar Valley has been something of a must-stop for candidates this week, with in Cedar Falls Thursday and in both Cedar Falls and Waterloo Tuesday.
