Pancakes and Santa combine for a festive holiday feast in this Holiday Hoopla event. Bring a new, unwrapped present for the Salvation Army and  register online. $6, 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the Cedar Falls Community Center.

The presents Another Night Before Christmas, premiering Saturday at 7 p.m. and running throught Dec. 11. Oster's website says, "This witty and tuneful holiday romp is perfect for the whole family and sure to get laughs from anyone who’s ever lost (or found) their holiday spirit." Tickets $25.

Create your own handmade holiday ornaments at the Cedar Falls Public Library's Adult Craft Class: Ornament and Tag Class, free, at 2 p.m. Sunday. Crafters will leave with five ornaments, and all supplies are provided by the library.
Living History:
The will hold its annual Christmas Walk at 2 p.m. Sunday, free. Tour all the Cedar Falls Historical Society Museums featuring holiday decorations, holiday refreshments and live entertainment.
Holiday Music:
The Cedar Valley Singers will bring a collection of holiday songs to the Sunday at 6 p.m., free.
