Harassment of a Public Official, Theft and Public Intoxication Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Stephanie Charlotte Hogan, 21, female, of 1618 Starbeck Circle, arrested at 8:42 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft.

Dustin Allen Boike, 30, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 9 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with harassment of a public official.

Levi Jordan Smith, 21, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 9 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with harassment of a public official.

Karen Elisabeth DeGroot, 52, female, of 4734 Loren Drive, arrested at 9:59 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft.

Nov. 9:

Seth Garret Noble, 21, male, of 319 W. 22nd St., arrested at 2:27 a.m. at the 100 block of East 11th Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
