Aaron John Spiess, 26, male, of 210 W. 21st St., arrested at 2:20 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with third degree harassment.

Jacob Christian Mulgrew, 22, male, of 1929 Olive St., arrested at 4:18 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth degree theft.

July 20:

Abigail Grace McIntee, 19, female, of 2623 Walnut St., arrested at 12:34 a.m. at Tony's LaPizzaria, charged with providing false identification information.

Peter Henry Stroh, 26, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:14 a.m. at 419 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Amy Kristine Turner-Hoeppner, 38, female, of 2103 Franklin St., arrested at 7:47 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with violation of no contact order.
