2 General — Cardiology and Nephrology services are the focus of this 24 bed medical-surgical unit. This unit cares for patients requiring cardiac services including telemetry monitoring and post cardiac catheterization as well as acute inpatients that need dialysis.

The Patient Care Assistant, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, works collaboratively with the health care team to provide outcome-based patient care. The Patient Care Assistant observes and reports the patient’s response and progress to interventions.

Web Tools Specialist:

Evaluates, selects, installs, tests, and configures web server based tools and content management systems; develops and maintains Drupal install profiles; supports integration of University-wide web development; and remains knowledgeable regarding all aspects of web development and utilization.

Store Associate Dog Trainers:

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting and conducting dog-training classes within assigned PETCO store(s)

• Assisting owners/customers by determining their needs and sharing product knowledge to suggest the appropriate merchandise to satisfy them, and by effectively employing suggestive selling techniques to increase individual sales.

• Consulting with owners/customers in solving training and behavioral issues in a positive manner that encourages interest and satisfaction.

• Helping motivate owners/customers and their canines to ensure that both achieve success and satisfaction with our educational services

• Assorted customer service, sales, housekeeping, and other store duties, as determined by the General Manager

The nurse manager leads day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the Senior Behavioral Health Nursing. The incumbent provides positive leadership and problem solving skills and is responsible for continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development. The manager works cooperatively with other departments of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services. Through theory-based practice, the incumbent utilizes critical thinking to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcome-based care for Senior Behavioral Health patients.
