Man Allegedly Got Gas and Ran Three Times: Cedar Falls Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Cedar Falls Police. It does not represent a conviction.
arrested a man they said drove off without paying for gas three times in the last two months.
Cole Dean McNamara, 18, of Waterloo, was arrested at 1 p.m., Feb. 1 at Black Hawk County Jail and charged with three counts of fifth degree theft.
Police said he stole $39 of gas on Dec. 26, $36 of gas on Dec. 29 and $62 of gas on Jan. 26. All three thefts were reported at , 7500 Nordic Drive, in Cedar Falls.
