Man Convicted in Cedar Falls Burglary Sentenced To 25 Years in Prison
Johntrell Eugene Humphrey was the last man to be sentenced for the January 2011 crime.

A man convicted of a January 2011 Cedar Falls home invasion has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Johntrell Eugene Humphrey, 20, of Waterloo, pleaded guilty to first-degree burglary, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and a reduced charge of second-degree robbery. He will be eligible for consideration for parole after seven years.

Authorities said Humphrey, Jacob Noelting-Petra and Cristian Lucier entered a Bluff Street home on New Year's Day and threatened the residents with a handgun.
They fled with marijuana, money and cell phone but were arrested a short time later when police used GPS technology to track one of the stolen phones.

Lucier and Noelting-Petra were convicted of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in earlier trials.
