Sept. 7:

Caelan Charles Christensen, 19, male, of Charles City, arrested at 1:03 a.m. at the 100 block of E. Second St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Terrance Lamont Jones, 18, male, of Hubbard, arrested at 8:09 p.m. at The Core, charged with fifth degree theft and providing false identification information.

Sept. 8:

Andrew Dale Spence, 22, male, of Andover, Minn., arrested at 1:40 a.m. at 815 State St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Kevin Lee Van Heiden, 23, male, of 1123 W. 23rd St., arrested at 1:54 a.m. at the same location, charged with assault domestic serious.

Bruce Stewart Johnson, 24, male, of 3104 Grand Blvd., arrested at 2 a.m. at Highway 58 and the Waterloo Road overpass, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
