Jordan Christopher Lamphier, 21, male, of Perry, arrested at 1:18 a.m. at 11th Street and Main Street, charged with contempt of court.
Luis Rodriguez, 24, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:13 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with assault/domestic assault/strangle/no injury and non-serious child endangerment.
