Two Arrested After New Years Bar Fight: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Cedar Falls police arrested two men early on New Years Day after an alleged bar fight.

Police said Christopher James Aldama, 28, of Toledo, was observed exiting Jokers Comedy Night Club, 401 Main St., yelling and forcing Fabian Andrew Tavizon, 22, of Tama, away from the building.

Police said Jokers employees informed them Aldama and Tavizon had been fighting with staff members inside the bar. Aldama allegedly punched a staff member in the face, causing a contusion to the head.

Tavizon allegedly had been punching a wall inside the bar, which police said caused $200 to $500 damage. When asked to leave by employees, Tavizon allegedly grabbed a Jokers security guard, put the employee in a headlock and punched him in the face, causing a bloody lip.

Both were arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Jan. 1. Aldama was charged with disorderly conduct. Tavizon was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and fourth degree criminal mischief.

Jagger James White, male, 18, of 5413 Marius Drive, arrested at 11:54 p.m. at 1123 Main St., charged with possesion of marijuana.

Timothy Hawkeye Jorgensen, male, 19, of 4026 Maryhill Drive, arrested at 11:54 p.m. at 1123 Main St., charged with possesion of marijuana.

Dec. 29:

Dylan Dale Luck, male, 20, of 1123 Main St., arrested at 2 a.m. at same location, charged with possesion of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Lindsey Kay Hayes, female, 21, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:48 a.m. at 11th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Sabastian Harris, male, 19, of 4121 Heritage Road, arrested at 10:38 p.m. at same location, charged with assault domestic serious.

Dec. 30:

Alan Russell McCrary, male, 38, of 4117-215 University Ave., arrested at 12:40 a.m. at same location, charged with consumption in public/intox.

Katherine Michael Sterner, female, 20, of 2218-3 Merner Ave., arrested at 2 a.m. at West 12th Street and Clay Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Dec. 31:

Michael Dale Francis, male, 39, of 2503 Big Woods Road, arrested at 2:20 a.m. at 15th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Kimberly Jo Williams, female, 43, of 2503 Big Woods Road, arrested at 4:46 a.m. at 2500 Big Woods Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Cordaro David Rost, male, 23, of Waterloo, arrested at 10:25 p.m. at 220 Clay St., charged with simple assault.

Jayne Katherine Blumhardt, female, 19, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:36 p.m. at 1009 W. 20th St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Jan. 1:

John Gordon Napier, male, 53, of 1009 Rosewood Drive, arrested at 1:08 a.m. at same location, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Terrell Dwayne Sallay, male, 35, of 1813-22 W. Eighth St., arrested at 4:30 a.m. at Third Street and Hudson Road, charged with violation of no contact order.

Tanika La Von Barnes, female, 31, of 1813-22 W. Eighth St., arrested at 4:35 a.m. at Third Street and Hudson Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first and violation of no contact order.

Jan. 3:

Trent Thomas Brown, male, 37, of McHenry, Ill., arrested at 11:06 p.m. at 204 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intox.
