Police: Woman, Stealing One Shirt, Pegged For A Former Theft: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Police arrested a Cedar Falls woman who allegedly stole two shirts from .

Emily Mary Brown, 24, of 2110 Washington St., was arrested March 5 at 3:04 p.m. at and charged with two counts of fifth degree theft.

Store security told police Brown concealed a shirt, worth $58, on her person. Police said Brown was also identified as a woman on security footage who had allegedly stolen another shirt, worth $38, from the store on Feb. 22.
