Agnes Jean Ahmad, 64, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:59 p.m. at Walmart, charged with third degree theft and providing false identification information.

Anthony Michael Runyan, 32, male, of 424 Spruce Hills Drive, arrested at 11:58 p.m. at the 100 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

June 17:

Daniel Robert McAlpine, 22, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:44 a.m. at 406 Main Street, charged with second degree intoxication.

Carlson Collins-Highberg Krueger, 18, male, of 3322 Scenic Drive, arrested at 8:50 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with second degree criminal mischief.
