Philip Andrew Hansen, 29, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 10 a.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with second degree theft and operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent.

June 14:

Allan Thomas Tucker, 34, male, arrested at 8:03 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with second degree theft/light motor vehicle and driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.

Travis Scott Rieck, 22, male, of 9614-2020 University Ave., arrested at 11:41 p.m. at Fifth Street and State Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

June 15:

Jeffrey Christopher Doyle, 23, male, of 2226 Yorkshire Drive, arrested at 12:54 a.m. at 601 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Austin Michael Von Ehwegen, 21, male, of 618 W. 12th St., arrested at 2:07 a.m. at East Ninth Street and State Street, charged with possession of marijuana and drug parapheranlia.
