Bryce Allan Neisen, 27, male, of 1003 W. 10th St., arrested at 7:31 p.m. at 2235 Lincoln St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second.

Darion Sherrod Howard, 21, male, of 2112 Walnut St., arrested at 9:56 p.m. at 220 Clay St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

March 24:

Joseph Allen McElroy, 35, male, of Williams, arrested at 12:24 a.m. at the 3600 block of Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Jessica Jo Dempster, 20, female, of 1910 Iowa St., arrested at 12:50 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with consumption in public/intox.

Nathan William Neighbour, 23, male, of Morrison, Ill., arrested at 1:34 a.m. at the 400 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intox.
