Torey Tye Smith, 33, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:01 a.m. at 1420 W. First St., charged with driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.

Alexander Nicholas Clopton, 20, male, of 3112 Abraham Drive, arrested at 12:45 a.m. at 407 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Tyler J. Evans, 20, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 12:55 a.m. at 311 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Perry A. Mast, 28, male, of Waverly, arrested at 1:01 a.m. at 407 Main St., charged with intoxication/second.

Heidi Jo McNulty, 19, female, of Janesville, arrested at 2 a.m. at Highway 58 and Roosevelt Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Monette Cheriee Oden, 30, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:23 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with violation of no contact order.
