Shane Quinn Burt, 21, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:54 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with willful bodily injury.

Joshua Michael Edgar, 21, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:04 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with failure to disperse.

Benjamin John Dunlay, 20, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the 1500 block of College Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Elbert Taiwan Griffin, 31, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:59 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth degree theft and violation of no contact order.

Joseph Richmond Kress, 19, male, of 1328 Delta Drive, arrested at 11:52 p.m. at the same location, charged with interference/no injury.
