Ten Arrested for Operating While Intoxicated, Public Intoxication: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

April 18:
William Kenneth Fischer, 55, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:29 p.m. at Utility Parkway and Waterloo Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Matthew Lee McCulley, 22, male, of 4729 Pizarro Court, arrested at 10:30 p.m. at 419 Main Street, charged with intoxication/third and disorderly conduct.

Travis John Peck, 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:18 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with intoxication/third.
Randall Joseph Nutt, 27, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:37 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Benjamin John Rozmus, 21, male, of Washburn, arrested at 6:52 p.m. at the 900 block of West 22nd Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
April Dawn Balk, 36, female, of New Hartford, arrested at 7:37 p.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
April 22:
Tessa Anne Stocker, 20, female, of 1200-112B W. 23rd St., arrested at 1:04 a.m. at the 900 block of W. 22nd Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Cory Michael Cypher, 20, male, of 2005 Campus St., Bender Hall, arrested at 1:12 a.m. at the 900 block of W. 22nd Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
Jonathon Gabriel Krogman, 22, male, of 119 Balboa Ave., arrested at 1:27 a.m. at 2202 College Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and two counts fourth degree criminal mischief.
Mark Everette Thompson, 45, male, of 2122 California St., arrested at 3:18 a.m. at 2019 College St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
