July 18:

Ragib Dedajic, 21, male, of Iowa City, arrested at 12:16 a.m. 925 W. 22nd St., charged with possession of marijuana.

Ty Travis Laughlin, 22, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:16 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with interference/injury or weapon, third degree intoxication and possession of a controlled substance-second.

Juanita Cazares Garcia, 22, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 5:38 p.m. at College Square Mall, charged with fifth degree theft.

Crystal Lynn Garbes, 25, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 6:15 p.m. at Walmart, charged with third degree theft.
