Theft and Possession of Prescription Drug Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Mercedes JoJean Damme, 22, female, of Evansdale, arrested at 9:39 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Terry James Payne, 51, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:29 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Melissa Sue Mixdorf, 24, female, of Aplington, arrested at 12:18 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with possession of prescription drugs.

Jennifer Marie Knutson, 28, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:45 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Travis Joseph Heath, 23, male, of 409 W. 20th St., arrested at 5:23 p.m. at the 4600 block of University Ave., charged with three counts of driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.
