Joseph Michael McCallum, 25, male, of 1467 Laurel Circle, arrested at 6:04 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with habitual offender/barred.

Caroline Christine Ramaekers, 22, female, of 2124 W. 27th St., arrested at 11:28 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Nov. 7:

Erin Michelle Houdek, 23, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:53 a.m. at 415 Washington St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

April Ann Waltmann, 27, female, of 6604 Sapphire Road, arrested at 8:27 a.m. at the same location, charged with violation of no contact order.

Elliot Michael Schmitt, 23, male, of 2216 Merner Ave., arrested at 2:15 p.m. at the same location, charged with drug paraphernalia.
