Theft, Drunk Driving and Public Intoxication Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Sept. 8:

Brandon Christopher Kasubaki, 22, male, of Berlin, Wis., arrested at 7:10 a.m. at mile marker 182 on Highway 58, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Kyle Ryan Bleeker, 27, male, of 615 W. 20th St., arrested at 2:29 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth degree theft.

Sept. 9:

Elizabeth Ashley O'Connell, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:36 a.m. at 18th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree and providing false identification information.

Johnny Wesley Smith Jr., 21, male, of 10-1012 University Mills, arrested at 12:39 a.m. at Sterling University Mills, charged with providing false identification information.

Ryan Blake Smith, 27, male, of 2525 Valley Park Drive, arrested at 1:20 a.m. at 314.5 Main St., charged with intoxication/third degree.
