The Salvation Army of Waterloo and Cedar Falls officially reported achieving 102 percent of their $677,000 goal, KCRG reported, making the Cedar Valley the only place in Eastern Iowa to meet it's goal. Big Patch congrats to the people of Cedar Falls and Waterloo for their generosity.

KGAN reported Mix 96.5, which for years supplied a steady stream of adult contemporary music across Eastern Iowa, will now pipe country tunes over the airwaves.
