Dakota Marie Pingel, 23, female, of Mason City, arrested at 2:42 a.m. at Second Street and Franklin Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Douglas Michael Milbrath, 22, male, of Mason City, arrested at 2:51 a.m. at 916 W. Third Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Timothy Johnson Becker, 23, male, of 1616 Starbeck Circle, arrested at 11:36 p.m. at 925 W. 22nd Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Ciera Joy Mackel, 19, female, of 2000 Campus St., arrested at 11:55 p.m. at 2019 College Street, charged with fifth degree theft and consumption in public/intoxication.
