Part-Time Custodian: City of Cedar Falls is accepting applications for a 32 hr/wk Custodian. Current pay: $10.108/hr. Position is eligible for step & contract increases, pro-rated holidays & PT benefits. Normal work hrs: Mon-Fri. 3-9:30 a.m. (may vary). Duties include cleaning, polishing & general custodial services for building maintenance. Physical demands require ability to perform manual labor including bending, lifting, climbing, reaching & related activities.

Assigns patient rooms, prepares appropriate documentation and transports/escorts patient to assigned area. Development Officer: Plans, directs, and implements annually identified activities relevant to fundraising priorities and needs for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and the University of Northern Iowa Foundation; coordinates external relations, donor programs, and events that support the fundraising work plan; develops and implements current and new fundraising, recognition, and stewardship programs as appropriate; makes individual contacts with alumni, friends, and businesses to solicit funding support for the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and University priorities; networks with the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences department heads, faculty, and staff to facilitate resource development initiatives; and represents the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences in a wide range of professional settings and to a wide range of constituents.

Automotive sales Professional: We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable people who can assist our customers in finding which vehicles in our line up suit their needs. Knowledge of vehicles is not always a requirement. Being outgoing and able to communicate with people is. A Salesperson has to have some computer skills. Distribution Operations Manager: Group Leader: Oversees the daily operation of assigned department(s) at the Distribution Center. Leads and coordinates activities of team members, and evaluates operating methods and procedures for improvements and total quality. Focuses on innovative and creative ways to achieve desired results in the areas of accuracy, productivity, service, cost effectiveness and growth and development of team members.
