The John Deere Ag and Turf division is seeking a Process Pro who will manage, lead, and facilitate project teams to support Continuous Improvement initiatives. In addition you will:

• Work with cross functional teams to manage, lead and facilitate projects through definition, development & implementation.
• Develop, modify, and execute core Continuous Improvement processes that improve the speed, rigor, and flexibility of the organization.
• Act as resource to project owners and communicate project milestones and project documentation to ensure objectives of improvement teams are met.

Transportation Security Officer, Waterloo Airport:

Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) provide security and protection of air travelers, airports and aircraft in a courteous and professional manner.  This includes:

• Operating screening equipment to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers, and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft;
• Performing searches, to include hand-wand and pat-down searches;
• Controlling terminal entry and exit points;
• Interacting with the public, giving directions and responding to inquiries;
• Maintaining focus and awareness while working in a stressful environment which includes noise from alarms, machinery and people, crowd distractions, time pressure, and disruptive and angry passengers, in order to preserve the professional ability to identify and locate potentially life threatening or mass destruction devices, and to make effective decisions in both crisis and routine situations.

 Director for Christian Preschool and Childcare Center:

Director responsible for developing, leading, & supervising an established Christian Preschool & Childcare Center. Well organized and capable of leading, equipping, and empowering families to nurture the faith and development of their children. Must have Bachelor’s degree in elementary or Early Childhood Education and certified in Early Childhood education. Minimum of 3 year’s experience in management and supervisory experience in educational setting.

Experience the excitement of Retail Fashion! Join our team of associates responsible for unloading and processing our new merchandise receipts. This position requires heavy lifting as well as involvement in other tasks such as processing outgoing packages, light maintenance and supporting the selling floor associates. Hours can be flexible based on the associate schedule and the store need; schedule includes mostly early morning and day hours, but does require some evenings and weekends.

Diagnose problems and repair or install parts in small engine products. Stock, sell and order parts. Assist customers.   PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: 1.) Greet customers. Assist customers by loading and unloading products. 2.) Initiate and complete customer work orders. 3.) Order, receive and stock parts. Complete paperwork. 4.) Repair product and/or replace parts. 5.) Deliver and pickup products. 6.) Assist with warranty claims and file them in a timely manner. 7.) Assist in the Service Center as assigned. 8.) Contact customer regarding work completion date. 9.) Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
