• Snow Village display gets Dyersville home in holiday spirit (telegraphherald.com) — A Dyersville couple has transformed a room of their home into an expansive Snow Village Christmas display that’s been growing for 35 years. Pat and Sandi Feldmann now spend dozens of hours each season arranging hundreds of carefully chosen pieces, many tied to family memories. The village goes up after Thanksgiving and often stays until February.
   

• Stories of the Century: 2021, the Field of Dreams game (cbs2iowa.com) — Dyersville’s Field of Dreams game is being remembered as one of Eastern Iowa’s standout sports moments of the past 25 years. The 2021 matchup brought the Yankees and White Sox to a specially built field beside the movie site, ending in Tim Anderson’s dramatic walk-off. MLB returned in 2022 and plans another game there in 2026.
