I was also informed by e-mail that the Iowa Artisans Gallery and DJ Rinner Goldsmith are also participating in Small Business Saturday, offering free gift boxing on any many unique handcrafted items.

Buzz Salon e-mails me to say that they are offering 20% off on Kerastase products as supplies last, with a limited amount of boxes left.

The Iowa City Downtown District is planning on taking advantage of foot traffic this weekend at downtown businesses, especially on Small Business Saturday. This will feature free parking in city ramps, bargains by downtown businesses, and a free showing of “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” at 3 p.m. at The Englert Theater.
