Iowa City Park Pond Closed for Ice Skating
With the ice rapidly disappearing this is probably a good move.
A message from the City of Iowa City: due to the warmer weather it is necessary to temporarily close the skating pond at City Park.
But worry not, skate fans, the weather will be returning below freezing next week, and we'll let you know when the pond opens again.
