Iowa CIty Police: 66-Year-Old Man Hit by Cambus
A 66-year-old man was transported to UIHC with non life threatening injuries after being hit by a Cambus Monday morning.

A 66-year-old man was transported to the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
According to a police media release, at approximately 8:13 a.m., Iowa City Police responded to the intersection of Jefferson and Clinton Streets reference a report of a pedestrian that had been struck by a Cambus.

Upon investigation, police learned that the 66-year-old male pedestrian was crossing Clinton St., eastbound, within the north crosswalk, when he was struck by the Cambus which was turning north onto Clinton St. from eastbound Jefferson St.
The man was transported by Johnson County Ambulance to University of Iowa Hospital, where he was being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The Cambus driver, Audrey Kelly, 20, of Iowa City, was cited for failure to yield to pedestrian within crosswalk.
