Iowa - Northwestern, Game Time, Television, Prediction: Hawkeyes Look for First Big Ten Win Against Northwestern this Evening

The University of Iowa men's basketball team is 0-3 after facing some tough competition. They're looking to get their first win in the Big Ten against Northwestern in Evanston this evening.

Game: Iowa Hawkeyes (11-5) at Northwestern Wildcats (10-6)
Time: 4:30 CST
Television: ESPNU (WatchESPN)Β

Last Thursday Iowa seemed on the verge of getting its first Big Ten win against top 25 ranked Michigan State, when Aaron White fouled a Spartan on a three-point shot, allowing them to tie it up. One break away dunk off of a steal later on the next possession by the Spartans led them to gaining a lead they would never relinquish.

Today they travel to Evanston to challenge the Wildcats (1-1 Big Ten record) in hopes of picking up their first win of the year in league play. The Wildcats suffered a big set back earlier in the year when their best player, Drew Crawford, went down with a season ending injury.
